• Your reservation will be replied within 24 hours, if the required fields are properly filled.
• We will let you know should we need more times to find the best solution for your inquiry
• The rates shown on hostelsbali.com can be changed refer to booking situation.
• You should receive our written confirmation including of the rooms rates.
• The cancellation fees will be applied based on the hotel's cancellation policy and procedures.
• Unless no reservation voucher issued, our final confirmation email can be treated as a booking confirmation which can be shown upon arrival to the reception desk.
  

PAYMENT PROCEDURES :

• All confirmed booking are be guaranteed by online deposit full prepayment with credit card (Visa or Master card). Upon our confirmation we will issue the reservation number and reservation voucher.
• We will meet in your hotel to collect the balance of payment (if any).
• The payment can be done by cash or credit card (Visa or Master card) with 3% for bank charge.
• Otherwise, we will let you know if the payment can be done directly to the hotel at our confirmed rates.
